Coordenador de Impostos

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the calculation of direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL) and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS, ISS) ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of ancillary obligations such as ECD, ECF, DIRF, PER/DCOMP, and DCTF.
• Monitor and interpret changes in tax and regulatory legislation to assess impacts on group operations.
• Implement and review tax controls aligned with accounting and fiscal criteria to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in tax planning studies and maximize the use of tax credits.
• Support audits and inspections from the Federal Revenue, State Secretariats, BACEN, and internal/external auditors.
• Integrate with Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Controllership departments to provide tax support for new products and corporate restructurings.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or Accounting.
• Experience in multinational service companies, Big Four consultancies, or large-scale enterprises in a tax capacity.
• Proven experience with IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, and ISS calculations.
• Experience in tax planning.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar integrated management systems.
• Fluent English (mandatory) for international reporting and regional leadership interaction.
• Leadership experience and emotional maturity to manage people.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Tax, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
