Coordenador de Controladoria

Responsibilities

• Coordinate controllership activities for assigned regions, including accounting and tax routines
• Manage a team of analysts and oversee third-party accounting services
• Ensure correct recognition and accounting of revenues and expenses
• Validate the accounting reconciliation process to ensure accurate recording of assets and liabilities
• Proactively drive process improvements and automation within the department
• Review tax calculations and monitor tax credits
• Interface with Headquarters and other internal departments to ensure application of corporate policies and market best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting leadership and management processes
• Advanced English proficiency
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Hands-on profile with a collaborative approach to leadership and teamwork
• Strong alignment with corporate culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth, dynamic, and innovative environments
• Experience managing outsourced accounting services
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software systems
• Active CRC registration
