About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage sales through WhatsApp and telephone, ensuring high-quality customer relationships.
- Execute active sales by contacting existing clients and the RAC (Customer Asset Recovery) base.
- Manage the commercial team's performance by monitoring KPIs such as sales, WhatsApp engagement, and campaigns.
- Supervise unit cash flow, including value control and financial security.
- Coordinate delivery operations, ensuring the effectiveness of couriers and the proper use of the logistics platform.
- Assign schedules and goals to the commercial team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Conduct daily "10/10" calls to maintain active contact with strategic clients.
- Analyze the RAC base and develop action plans for clients with negative purchasing behavior.
- Lead team alignment meetings throughout the day to ensure focus on results.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in related commercial or leadership activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in B2B retail customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive products.
- Strong skills in sales management and KPI analysis.
