About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial team and monitor performance through KPIs such as sales, WhatsApp engagement, and specific campaigns.
  • Drive sales via WhatsApp and telephone, ensuring high-quality customer relationships and active outreach to existing and recovered client bases.
  • Supervise unit cash flow, including value control and financial security.
  • Coordinate delivery operations, managing motorcycle couriers and logistics platform effectiveness.
  • Set schedules and sales targets for the commercial team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Conduct daily strategic client calls and team alignment meetings to ensure focus on results.
  • Analyze client purchase behavior to develop action plans for improving customer retention.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher (Degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in related commercial or sales management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in B2B retail customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products.
  • Proven skills in sales management and KPI tracking.
