Coord. Tecnologia Aplicação – Comfort & Insulation

Responsibilities

• Manage the Polyurethane Technical Center and ensure its full operational functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and services to flexible foam customers across the Central-South American region.
• Innovate and introduce new products to the market while adjusting formulations to meet specific customer needs.
• Coordinate technology transfers and new product launches in collaboration with the headquarters in Germany.
• Manage customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
• Align technical activities and priorities with functional managers in Germany through regular updates and global team meetings.
• Visit customers according to the annual plan and report activities via CRM.
• Ensure compliance with global codes of conduct, quality management systems, and safety/environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.).

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical experience specifically within the Polyurethanes industry.
• Proven experience in team and laboratory management.
• Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating multidisciplinary groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability for regional and international travel.
