Cooling Tower Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks on package and field-erected cooling tower equipment
• Operate power washers safely with appropriate spray head selection
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment activities including free chlorine measurement
• Complete Task Hazard Analysis (THA) cards and safety documentation
• Read and apply information from Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Perform work at heights maintaining 100% tie-off above 4 feet

Requirements

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Satisfactory background check with DISA score of 2 or less
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/plant environments

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification
