Cooler Service Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work on refrigeration sealed unit coolers (True, Imbera, IDW)
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
• Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately
• Complete required paperwork and provide quality customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
• Basic proficiency with computer applications
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and maneuver equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification
• 1+ years of experience working on refrigeration / HVAC equipment
