Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and home lifestyle solutions to customers
• Provide expert advice on electrical products, including cooking, whitegoods, and peripheral devices
• Manage customer needs while simultaneously handling various work tasks
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused retail business
• Strong electrical product knowledge (e.g., whitegoods, audio, or TV)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
