Cook/Dietary Aide

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and deliver food within the convent according to established menus and recipes
• Alternate between cook duties and dietary aide responsibilities throughout the work shift
• Maintain sanitary standards and follow established policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to provide healthy and homemade meals

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in an institutional food service environment
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work days and afternoons, including a weekend rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an eldercare setting (assisted living, long-term care, or hospital)
• ServSafe certification
• Previous Cook or Prep Cook experience
