Responsibilities

• Prepare lunches, pizzas, and fast food
• Handle cash register operations and customer service
• Manage food hygiene and self-monitoring (omavalvonta)
• Handle ingredients and minimize kitchen waste
• Manage special diets and allergens

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook
• Proficiency in Finnish
• Hygiene passport
• Alcohol passport
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant industry education
• Veikkaus (lottery) operating skills
