Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh à-la-carte dishes, buffets, and creative seasonal menus
• Contribute to the development of seasonal specials and new dishes
• Support the execution of events, including summer festivals and private functions
• Manage inventory and ensure high-quality ingredient standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following HACCP guidelines
• Work collaboratively within the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Completed culinary training or initial professional experience as a cook
• Clean and independent working style in accordance with HACCP standards
• Creativity and a passion for high-quality, tasteful cuisine
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in German (C1 level preferred) for effective team and guest communication
