Responsibilities

• Prepare a second lunch option with a focus on balanced, healthy nutrition
• Organize the procurement of regional and seasonal products
• Creatively integrate seasonal ingredients into menu development
• Optimize quantity planning for both internal and external guests
• Assist in food preparation and catering for internal company events
• Provide holiday coverage for the full-time cook
• Manage budget responsibilities and monitor food costs
• Create and coordinate duty rosters

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Strong awareness of quality and high motivation
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German language proficiency
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Ideally, experience in catering or industrial/company kitchens
