• Prepare a variety of dishes, ranging from daily specials to gourmet menus and desserts
• Assist with kitchen organization and mise en place
• Handle plate presentation and garnishing
• Apply strict food hygiene and safety regulations
• Execute daily recipes and more elaborate culinary menus under the guidance of a mentor

Requirements

• Currently preparing a CAP Cuisine qualification
• Seeking a 1-year apprenticeship contract
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn professional culinary techniques
• Strong team player with a sense of service
