Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver high-level guest dining experiences
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver on departmental plans, objectives, and hotel initiatives
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practices for audits

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in high-excellence environments
• Experience working with various IT systems
