Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and nutrition guidelines
• Coordinate and assist department workers with food preparation and service
• Serve food to clients, staff, and visitors
• Respond in a timely manner to disaster drill activities per hospital protocol

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or in process of obtaining)
• Ability to learn and follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of institutional kitchen practices, production, and sanitation
