Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and nourishments using standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets
• Adhere to regulations and company policies regarding diets, food preparation, and infection control
• Provide oversight to the dietary aide position during the shift
• Receive and inspect food deliveries for accuracy and quality

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service
• Ability to follow recipes and basic cooking skills
• Willingness to learn safety, preparation, and sanitation standards
• Ability to pass a physical examination and pre-employment screening
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
