Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and nourishments using standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets
• Adhere to regulations and company policies regarding diets, food preparation, and infection control
• Provide oversight to dietary aides during shifts
• Receive and inspect food deliveries for accuracy and quality

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service
• Basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• Ability to follow safety, preparation, and sanitation standards
• Ability to pass a physical examination for gainful employment
• Ability to complete required orientation and training
