Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets
• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the assigned area of responsibility
• Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food products
• Properly handle, store, and rotate inventory at the conclusion of each shift
• Work with management to create specials and menu variations
• Perform various other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cooking role is required
• High school education preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, health, and safety guidelines
• Understanding of sanitation and workplace safety regulations
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
