Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to established menus
  • Ensure compliance with technical sheets, grammages, and HACCP hygiene procedures
  • Manage preparations while respecting production deadlines and schedules
  • Receive, control, and store food items (FIFO, temperatures, labeling)
  • Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and equipment
  • Work in a team and communicate with service staff to ensure quality service
