About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to established menus
- Ensure compliance with technical sheets, grammages, and HACCP hygiene procedures
- Manage preparations while respecting production deadlines and schedules
- Receive, control, and store food items (FIFO, temperatures, labeling)
- Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and equipment
- Work in a team and communicate with service staff to ensure quality service
Requirements
- Experience in collective catering or restaurant service preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Rigor, organization, and teamwork skills
- Availability and adaptability
- Driver's license and ability to travel between sites if necessary
