About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hot and/or cold dishes according to technical sheets
- Participate in supply, storage, and stock management
- Ensure maintenance of the workstation and equipment
- Apply food hygiene and safety rules
- Collaborate with the team while respecting production instructions and schedules
Requirements
- First experience in traditional or collective catering preferred
- Good knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Autonomous, rigorous, and versatile
- Ability to work in a team with a sense of service and dynamism
