About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook hot and/or cold dishes according to technical sheets
  • Participate in supply, storage, and stock management
  • Ensure maintenance of the workstation and equipment
  • Apply food hygiene and safety rules
  • Collaborate with the team while respecting production instructions and schedules

Requirements

  • First experience in traditional or collective catering preferred
  • Good knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and versatile
  • Ability to work in a team with a sense of service and dynamism
