About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to technical sheets, respecting weights and cooking times
- Set up workstations and prepare starters, main courses, and side dishes
- Manage cooking, assembly, and plating while maintaining neat presentation
- Strictly follow food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP), including cleaning and disinfecting workstations
- Receive and check deliveries (quality, quantity, expiration dates) and ensure proper storage
- Manage stock of common food items and report shortages to the manager
- Participate in service and catering/tray organization if necessary
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in collective catering, corporate catering, or meal preparation
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and food safety rules
- Ability to follow technical sheets and weight measurements
- Rigorous, organized, and punctual
- Team spirit and autonomy
