About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to technical sheets, respecting weights and cooking times
  • Set up workstations and prepare starters, main courses, and side dishes
  • Manage cooking, assembly, and plating while maintaining neat presentation
  • Strictly follow food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP), including cleaning and disinfecting workstations
  • Receive and check deliveries (quality, quantity, expiration dates) and ensure proper storage
  • Manage stock of common food items and report shortages to the manager
  • Participate in service and catering/tray organization if necessary

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in collective catering, corporate catering, or meal preparation
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and food safety rules
  • Ability to follow technical sheets and weight measurements
  • Rigorous, organized, and punctual
  • Team spirit and autonomy
