About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes including cutting, cooking, assembly, and plating according to technical sheets
- Manage high-volume production while maintaining quality and visual standards
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP), including cleaning and traceability
- Perform quality control on temperatures, portions, and dish compliance
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report anomalies to the manager
- Collaborate with the team to organize workstations and ensure smooth service
- Assist with dishwashing or service as needed
Requirements
- Experience in professional cooking (collective, traditional, or fast food) or relevant training (CAP, BEP)
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP certification preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Driver's license and mobility preferred
