About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dishes including cutting, cooking, assembly, and plating according to technical sheets
  • Manage high-volume production while maintaining quality and visual standards
  • Adhere to food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP), including cleaning and traceability
  • Perform quality control on temperatures, portions, and dish compliance
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any anomalies
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in station organization
  • Assist with dishwashing or service as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in professional cooking (collective, traditional, or fast food) or relevant culinary training (CAP, BEP)
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP certification preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Driver's license and mobility are appreciated
