About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and manager instructions
- Ensure assembly, packaging, and distribution of meals (self-service, trays, internal delivery)
- Control preparation quality and respect temperatures and traceability
- Manage dishwashing and ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations
- Participate in stock management, receive deliveries, and report supply needs
- Ensure the setup and tidying of catering areas
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cooking, collective catering, or catering services
- Strict knowledge and respect of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP appreciated)
- Punctual, organized, reactive, and autonomous
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to service variations
- Driver's license preferred depending on the intervention site
