About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and manager instructions
  • Ensure assembly, packaging, and distribution of meals (self-service, trays, internal delivery)
  • Control preparation quality and respect temperatures and traceability
  • Manage dishwashing and ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations
  • Participate in stock management, receive deliveries, and report supply needs
  • Ensure the setup and tidying of catering areas

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in cooking, collective catering, or catering services
  • Strict knowledge and respect of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP appreciated)
  • Punctual, organized, reactive, and autonomous
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to service variations
  • Driver's license preferred depending on the intervention site
