About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily food preparation and work environment sanitation
  • Prepare daily menu items to recipe specifications under supervision of the Lead Cook
  • Support cooks and chefs in an entry-level capacity

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of basic cooking techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • One to three years in kitchen production
  • ServSafe Certification
