About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily food preparation and work environment sanitation
- Prepare daily menu items to recipe specifications under supervision of the Lead Cook
- Support cooks and chefs in an entry-level capacity
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three years in kitchen production
- ServSafe Certification
