  • Ensure accurate portion sizes and high-quality presentation
  • Manage cooking times to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Follow all safety and health regulations regarding food handling and storage

Requirements

  • 3 years of food preparation experience
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques such as baking, grilling, and sautéing
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in wet, hot, and humid conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • ServSafe or similar food safety certification
  • Spanish language proficiency
