Requirements
- At least one year of documented experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Experience working with large volumes
- Ability to work at varying paces
- Professional pride and a passion for cooking
- Structured and qualitative way of working
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional chef education
- Experience with à la carte service
- Interest or experience working towards climate and environmental goals
