Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare fresh daily employee meals, including daily menus, salads, desserts, and snacks
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP hygiene standards and perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Act as a host by communicating with internal and external guests to ensure a pleasant atmosphere
• Support general canteen operations, including infrastructure setup/teardown, cleaning, and cash register operations
• Manage the full workflow from mise en place to final kitchen closing
• Assist in the supervision and training of apprentices
• Provide holiday cover for colleagues when necessary

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Professional experience in community or corporate catering (warm and cold kitchen)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm in hectic situations
• Excellent commitment to quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Good written and spoken German language skills
• A proactive, reliable, and independent working style
