Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary experiences. We operate pan-Asian food kiosks in major retail locations, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA, known for our show cooking specialties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production following Group standards
- Master all recipes and ensure production quality
- Master culinary preparation, sushi creation, and manufacturing techniques
- Perform whole fish butchery and maintain tracking logs
- Adhere to HACCP safety regulations
- Manage stock and supplies
- Participate in training and team animation at the stand
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus
- Mastery of HACCP standards
- Ability to manage a team, organize tasks, and handle stress
