About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare diverse menu items including meat, vegetarian, vegan, and halal options
- Utilize commercial kitchen equipment such as steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, steam kettles, fryers, and grills
- Develop unique recipes to enhance dining offerings
- Work with and mentor college student employees during the PM shift
- Maintain a consistent schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in high-volume dining service or a restaurant preferred
