About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare diverse menu items including meat, vegetarian, vegan, and halal options
  • Utilize commercial kitchen equipment such as steamers, convection ovens, tilt skillets, steam kettles, fryers, and grills
  • Develop unique recipes to enhance dining offerings
  • Work with and mentor college student employees during the PM shift
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in high-volume dining service or a restaurant preferred
