Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 120 children daily
• Manage menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering, and inventory control
• Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with Food Safety regulations
• Maintain strict adherence to dietary and allergy safety requirements
• Operate as a collaborative team player within the early learning centre

Requirements

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification
• Experience in a cook role with menu planning and budgeting expertise
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
• Completed or willingness to complete a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to work set shift days and times from Monday to Friday
