Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook various dishes in both cold and hot kitchens
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in 4*/5* hotels (preferably all-inclusive)
- Graduate of a Tourism School
- Knowledge of HACCP rules or EFET certification
- Experience in Greek and international cuisine
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
