Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality menus to ensure guest satisfaction
• Safely pack food for on-water marine experiences
• Oversee hygiene, cleanliness, and general safety in all food preparation areas
• Clean kitchen facilities, storerooms, and kitchenware
• Support the Catering Supervisor and Catering Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

Requirements

• Commercial Cookery qualifications
• Valid Driver Licence
• HLTAID011 Provide first aid
• HLTAID015 Provide CPR and Oxygen Therapy
• SITHFAB009A QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late finishes, and weekends
• Strong knife skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
• High level of attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with kitchen and vessel staff
