Cook - Breakfast

Responsibilities

• Prepare made-to-order breakfast meals and catering for meeting events in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure kitchen and prep areas are properly set up, stocked, and maintained
• Read food tickets and banquet event orders to meet specific guest and event needs
• Compile and assess inventory, reporting any discrepancies to management
• Maintain strict adherence to all food sanitation, nutrition, allergy, and cross-contamination safety guidelines
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean working environment

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-performance standards
• Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical stamina and mobility required for kitchen duties
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little to no supervision
• Flexibility to work various hours as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check
