Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals with excellent presentation for residents
• Ensure all dietary procedures and food production lines are managed to meet meal times
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including meat slicers, food processors, ovens, and grills
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local food service regulations and company policies
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and families

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of dietary experience
• Knowledge of dietary laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to food service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary Arts training
