About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals with excellent presentation for residents
- Ensure all dietary procedures and food production lines are followed to meet meal timings
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including meat slicers, food processors, ovens, and grills
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local food service regulations and company policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and families
Requirements

- 2 years of dietary experience
- Knowledge of dietary laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to food service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
