Responsibilities

• Review daily recipes and special of the day instructions
• Prepare mise en place including cuts, sauces, and ingredients
• Prepare assigned dishes following established recipes strictly
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene during food handling
• Pack, cover, and properly preserve sauces and preparations
• Report missing ingredients or supplies to the supervisor
• Support other cooks to ensure service continuity
• Clean and disinfect the work area before, during, and after shifts

Requirements

• Culinary or gastronomy studies
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and technical sheets
• Ability to work with order, cleanliness, and service vocation
