About the role
Responsibilities
- Review daily recipes and special of the day instructions
- Prepare mise en place including cuts, sauces, and ingredients
- Prepare assigned dishes following established recipes strictly
- Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene during food handling
- Pack, cover, and properly preserve sauces and preparations
- Report missing ingredients or supplies to the supervisor
- Support other cooks to ensure service continuity
- Clean and disinfect the work area before, during, and after shifts
Requirements
- Culinary or gastronomy studies
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and technical sheets
- Ability to work with order, cleanliness, and service vocation
