Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cooking duties to prepare food items for customers
• Set up the steam table on time to prevent tray line delays
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures per state and federal regulations
• Follow recipes and product directions for seasoning, cooking, and serving various food items
• Respond to customer questions or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in quantity food production
• Ability to work 10:30am-7pm shift
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maryland Food Handler’s Certificate
