Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production sheets as written
• Inform Manager/Supervisor of any adjustments and document them
• Prepare pan garnishes for front of the house operations
• Set up steam tables on time and organize according to diagrams
• Ensure all hot food temperatures are at least 165 degrees for entrees, starches, and vegetables
• Monitor temperatures throughout meal service
• Ensure all wells are covered with a lid until serving time

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-1 year of general work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-year line cook experience
