Responsibilities

• Assist in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation
• Batch cook items ensuring optimal food quality
• Follow designated counts on production sheets
• Inform Chef of recipe modifications or potential shortages
• Instruct attendants regarding menu offerings and changes
• Practice standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Six months of prior experience
