Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic and international cuisine to meet the family's expectations
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service
• Follow dietary guidelines and special instructions provided by the family
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with the family and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I level cook, preferably in private households or VIP environments
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills
• Strong knowledge of both Arabic and international cuisine
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
• Ability to attend a 1-day trial in a private VIP Palace in Abu Dhabi
