Cook Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to ensure high-level guest dining experiences
• Work as part of a culinary team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring professional and timely execution
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Adhere to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities for food safety and hygiene
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values

Requirements

• A hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• A strong passion for the hospitality industry and gastronomy
• Ability to work in an excellence-demanding environment
• Personal integrity and the ability to find creative solutions to tasks
• Prior experience in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential
