Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department
• Deliver high-level guest dining experiences throughout the hotel
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
