Responsibilities

• Prepare raw ingredients according to menu specifications
• Prepare hot and cold dishes (finger food, burgers, appetizers, desserts) with precision and speed
• Manage dish plating to meet "Gold Class" aesthetic standards
• Coordinate with the team for timely order delivery during film screenings
• Adhere to hygiene rules (HACCP) and maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Cinema Manager of shortages

Requirements

• Degree from a Culinary Arts school
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant, hotel, or catering)
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules
• Ability to work under pressure (high volume service)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including afternoons, weekends, and holidays
