Cook 1-Banquets

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality culinary offerings in a fast-paced banquet and fine dining environment
• Create, read, and accurately execute recipes to maintain culinary excellence
• Lead and motivate team members through daily reinforcement and coaching
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen safety
• Utilize kitchen technology including plate costing systems, KDS, and CAFÉ systems
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant OR a Culinary Degree with 3 years of related experience
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with kitchen technology and ability to troubleshoot issues calmly
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
