COO, RCM

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Flagler Health’s India-based RCM organization, overseeing functions such as claims processing, denials management, and coding support.
• Build and operationalize scalable delivery infrastructure to support rapid customer growth and increasing claim volumes.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing workforce, establishing performance standards and coaching frameworks for managers and frontline staff.
• Establish a data-driven operating rhythm using KPIs, productivity tracking, and QA metrics to ensure financial and operational health.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement AI-enabled workflows and automation tools across the RCM lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary operational bridge between India-based operations and U.S.-based executive leadership.
• Ensure all operations comply with HIPAA, payer requirements, and healthcare billing regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), or BPO leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale organizations with 100+ employees.
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling high-growth organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical foundation in KPI development, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be located in or near Ahmedabad, India.
