Conveyor Controller

Responsibilities

• Make minor adjustments to equipment to optimize line efficiency
• Address equipment problems aggressively to minimize downtime
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks
• Generate work orders for process improvements and corrective maintenance
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor daily reports to address pallet issues
• Operate stretch wrap machines, forklifts, battery changers, ASRS, and conveyor systems
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Maintain skid integrity through banding and shrink wrapping

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Forklift operator experience or training
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in cool/cold environments and at high altitudes
• Fork truck certification
