Converting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead an assigned shift of hourly employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Supervise the daily production of finished corrugated boxes, including training, planning, and assigning work.
• Evaluate employee performance, manage rewards and discipline, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Lead by example to motivate the team, ensuring a safe work environment and high-quality product output.
• Communicate operational information effectively in oral and written formats to crew members, management, and external vendors.
• Promote and ensure strict compliance with all organizational safety and quality programs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong skills in business insight, customer focus, and talent development.
• Proven ability to instill trust and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
