About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound leads to assess eligibility for trading
- Guide potential clients through the end-to-end onboarding process to secure First Time Deposits (FTD)
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly FTD targets
- Educate clients on the trading platform, CFD products, and account setup
- Build trust through professional communication and address client technical issues
- Adhere to company compliance, risk management, and KYC procedures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM
Requirements
- Experience in lead conversion and sales execution
- Ability to meet high-volume call metrics using a dialer system
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CFD products and trading platforms preferred
- Ability to follow strict compliance and KYC protocols
