About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, FullStory, and GA4 to identify friction points and conversion opportunities
- Generate data-backed test ideas and write structured hypotheses
- Own and maintain the monthly testing roadmap and manage the full experiment pipeline
- Configure experiments in Webflow Optimize, including audience segmentation and goal tracking
- Perform pre-launch QA across devices and browsers
- Write detailed post-test reports including statistical significance and segment analysis
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Webflow Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO
- Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools such as FullStory or Hotjar
- Working knowledge of GA4 for funnel analysis
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing organization
- Strong analytical mindset and written communication skills
